Flex your staff along with your workload. Many businesses have peaks and valleys in their workload and census. Using contract professionals enables you to respond quickly as needs come and go. At Access Allied Health, we can fill your needs in a fraction of the time it would take you to advertise, interview, and test applicants. What's more, when your need tapers off , you simply let your Access Allied Health contractor move on to another opportunity. We deliver expert individuals and teams - all are prescreened to fit the competencies you defined.

Reduce the impact of employee turnover.  Replacing a direct employee is a costly and time consuming process.  Aside from hiring costs such as advertising, interviewing, screening and training, additional issues such as legal risks and employee morale must also be considered.  How much does turnover cost you? (learn more)

Reduce costs. You pay an employee to work about 2,088 hours a year. Given holidays and vacation time, you are likely to get only 1880 productive hours annually. Then factor in sick days, administrative meetings, and training time, and productive hours decline even more.

On average, about 60% of a direct employee's time is considered productive.

Avoid employee benefit costs. The costs of providing and administering employee benefits are rising with each year. Businesses are responsible for their employees':
federal payroll taxes, including a 7.65% Social Security tax and a usually small (.08%) federal unemployment insurance tax
state unemployment insurance premium
workers' compensation insurance premium
employee benefits, such as health insurance, paid vacations, sick leave, retirement benefits and life or disability insurance office space and equipment

These expenses add at least 20% to 30% (often more) to payroll costs. With contractors, you avoid these costs.

Increase productivity. Because contractors are measured differently than employees, contractors perform differently. AAH contractors know that their work is constantly being evaluated, and client evaluations affect the contractor's standing with AAH. Such scrutiny keeps contractor performance extraordinarily high. And interestingly enough, the contractor's performance often inspires employees who work with the contractor to raise their productivity levels. It's a comment we hear frequently from our clients.

Minimize objections to overtime and off-hours work. Because contractors get paid for the time they work, they are often eager to work overtime or during off-hours. The same cannot typically be said of salaried employees.

Benefit from a broad base of experience. Many companies perpetuate a single-system philosophy. Then have devised their own standards and methodologies, and they are working in a limited environment. AAH contractors, on the other hand, can contribute fresh, new ways of your day-to-day operations - based on their experience with other clients. Your company can benefit from an AAH contractor's extensive knowledge.

Get what you need - without fail. In the event that a AAH is not fitting your needs, you have only to call us. The contractor will be contractually taken off the job and replaced. This is a luxury that employers cannot exercise with employees who are not meeting all expectations. Terminating employees can be a complex, and possibly a litigious, undertaking.

Profit from immediate results. AAH understands that meeting your clinical needs is important, but the contractor we assign to you should also fit your business culture and have personal traits that mesh with the people in your department. We speak your language, and because we do, our contractors are productive from Day One. No false starts - No confusion - Just immediate results.

Reap the benefits of the AAH contract system. Our contractors depend on their evaluation on this job to determine placement on their next job, so AAH contractors work to please you. But there is an even larger issue at work here. AAH wants to please you. AAH is committed to building long-term relationships with businesses. Therefore, you can count on AAH to work hard to fill your needs.
